(More customer reviews)I've had a counter-top icemaker before, but it went out after 18 months. I replaced it with this model, which quit making ice after ONE USE. I'm sending it back for a replacement, and certainly hope the replacement is better than this one. If not, it's back to buying bagged ice for me. *ugh*
