(More customer reviews)Purchased a Keurig Cinnamon B70 brewer from Keurig. Was very happy with product while it worked. Had it about 6 months and it started brewing just 1/2 a cup. We did all the recommended cleaning, descaling, and using a paper clip to clean the exit needles. Nothing seemed to help. Called Keurig tech support. They stated that since we bought the item online and not from a store that they would not honor the warranty. I just feel for the price they charge for these machines it should last longer than 6 months.
