(More customer reviews)This machine is everything we needed. After several cheaper models from Walmart and reading many reivews finally decided on this one mainly because it looks heavy duty. When I opened up the package screws were lying in the bottom of the box and misssing from the unit. I thought another piece of chinese junk. The screws would not go back in, the holes werent even close to lining up. Like they just stuck them in the box so they would be there. Anyway there were enough in place to work and just in time for my sons 6th birthday. We have used it many times in the last several weeks and makes great snow cones and plenty of them. The main drawback was the very high shipping cost, but we are very happy with it so far.
