(More customer reviews)The machine appears to be well made and of sturdy construction. The syrup dispensers on the side were a nice bonus that I had not read about in the description. It works great at shaving ice. It works best when in the single cup mode, as it doesn't always fill both cups up evenly in the two cup mode. My only real complaint is that the cup holders are too close to the ice dispenser so you cannot get the ice to mound up on top of the cup like a real snow cone should. The kids don't seem to notice or mind however.
