(More customer reviews)Bought one a month ago and it is SOOOOO noisy. It drowns out conversation and is awful. I have a busy loud house with 5 kids so you would imagine we wouldnt hear it but it you cant believe how loud it is. The ice melts within seconds and we have had it adjusted many times. It makes slushy ice at loud noise level and is expensive, so nothing to recommend it. Am giving up on it and sending it back and trying out sub zero as have never had any issues with their products. Will keep you posted!!
